I started Clayschool to combine my love of ceramics and working with children.

I have over 15 years’ experience of working in education. Firstly, in administration at the Great Ormond Street Hospital school, then for the last eight years as a teaching assistant at Gatehouse School in Tower Hamlets and The Children’s House in Islington.

In the last five years, I have been developing my skills as a ceramicist. I currently work out of Turning Earth studios in Hackney, where I make plant pots, candles and whatever takes my fancy!

I have CACHE Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Education, have a DBS certificate and have up-to-date first aid training.
